JQIT Pty Ltd (ABN 30 609 039 732) ("JQiT", "we") respects your privacy. This policy covers jqit.com.au, its product landing pages (/reading, /sbdaas) and its product case studies (/products). Products that run as separate apps have their own notices — see Product privacy notices below.
The short version
- This is a marketing website — no accounts, no forms, no tracking cookies.
- We use cookieless, privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): aggregate counts only — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual profiles.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
- We don't sell or share your information, and we don't store personal information overseas.
What we collect
- Aggregate analytics (no cookies) — via Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, referrer, approximate country and device type. It sets no cookies and builds no individual profile.
- Standard request data — like any website, our CDN and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie (e.g.
__cf_bm) to tell humans from bots. - Email enquiries — if you contact info@jqit.com.au, we receive your address and message, used only to respond.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, advertising, or automated decision-making on this website.
Your rights (Australian Privacy Principles)
You can ask us to access or correct any personal information we hold (APP 12 and APP 13), or raise a privacy concern — email info@jqit.com.au. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Overseas
We don't store personal information overseas. Providers such as Cloudflare operate global networks and may process standard technical request data outside Australia to deliver and secure the site.
